This wonderful Victorian Secretaire had fallen on hard times and really needed some TLC to bring her back to her glory days. We have sympathetically updated her so she could grace any home now. Where possible we have gently cleaned and sanded her wood areas to enhance and show off her beautiful grain. There are some wonderful age related splits down the sides but we think these only add to her charm. The base, which has some historical repairs already, has been painted in a gorgeous dusky black, Zeitgeist by Rose & Craig. Her fabulous interior is accented in a true black eggshell paint. Her original drawer pull has been cleaned and gently polished. We think this grand ole lady is so beautiful and deserves a new loving life.
